Can I return my order?

If your order does not meet your needs, you can make a change or a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be in the original conditions, in its box and with the labels on it.

  

What should I do to return or exchange my product?

To return or change a garment you must follow the same procedure.

Send us an email to orders@bbeastbrand.com telling us if it is a change or a return with the following information:

  • order number
  • name
  • model
  • size

Next, you must send the product, including the invoice you received, to the following address:

You can send by any courier service. Remember that BREIZN does not take care of the cost of this shipment.

In the case of making a change, the steps described above should be followed. Once the refund of the amount has been made, a new purchase with the desired product and size will have to be made by the User.

 

 

How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?

Once we have received your email and we have verified that the article meets the prerequisites, we will proceed to make the refund of the amount. BREIZN informs Users that the time of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User would have used when buying the product:

 

  • If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, BREIZN will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days since the User decided to end the contract.
  • If the User has made the payment through PayPal, BREIZN will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours since the User decided to end the contract.

 

Returns for manufacturing defects

The User may return to BREIZN, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to inform BREIZNof his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, the User will assume any damages.

The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.

In order to proceed with this return, the User must contact BREIZN within one month through the following email address orders@bbeastbrand.com specifying the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.

Once BREIZN has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within 3 to 5 business days if the product is returned or not. In the event of a return, BREIZN will indicate to the User the form of collection or delivery to its offices / warehouses of the defective product.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If the User does not do this, BREIZN reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, BREIZN will allow the User to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for BREIZN.

In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with the same characteristics cannot be shipped, the User may choose between ending the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the sending of another model that The User voluntarily chooses.

The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which BREIZN will confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.

The substitution, the sending of a new model or the end of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.

If the User ends the contract, BREIZN will carry out the return of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
